The Essentia Health Go Far Woman Half Relay is a two person relay - perfect for those who want a team effort!  The exchange point is just south of the Sheyenne High School on 40th Ave Bike path in West Fargo - making the first leg just a little over 6.2 miles and the second leg 6.9 miles.  The Half Marathon Relay starts at 7:00am on August 13th.

Aid Stations with water and/or Powerade are spread throughout the course - every 2 miles!  There is even a GU station for you!

It is your team's responsibility to get to the exchange point - Sheyenne High School -  800 40th Avenue East, West Fargo, ND 58078.  There is plenty of parking at the park - so you will be right there for the exchange!
