The Essentia Health Go Far Woman 5K Run/Walk presented by Midwest Surrogacy is held on Saturday, August 13th and starts at 7:25am.  Strollers and/or wheelchairs are encouraged as we want all women of all ages to participate!  The route will be out and back - mostly on bike paths!  A couple of bridge crossings in Urban Plains Park makes for a scenic route!

You'll get an official Go Far Woman 5K Finisher's shirt, medal & pendant ~ just for participating!
