10 Mile Run

The Essentia Health Go Far Woman 10 mile is the newest distance!  Ready to move up from the 10K - but not sure about the Half 13.1 miles?  This will be perfect for you!

The course will mimic the Half Marathon - with a turn around mile 5.  Mostly bike paths and neighborhoods - this will be a flat, fast course!  The 10 Mile will start at 7:00am on August 13th.

Aid Stations with water and/or Powerade are spread throughout the course - every 2 miles!
